Priority specializes in Legalizing documents for international use. Legalization is the process of authenticating or certifying a legal document so a foreign country's legal system will recognize it as valid and with full legal effect.

We Legalize documents for the following countries not participating in the Hague Convention Algeria, Afghanistan, Angola, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Madagascar, Chad, Chile, China, Comoros, Congo, Costa Rica, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, East Timor, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kiribati (Tarawa), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Syria, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Micronesia, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Palestine, Paraguay, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leona, Singapore, Solomon Island, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uganda, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe

The first step is to contact us to schedule an appointment to have one of our Mobile Notaries come by to notarize your document(s) and collect them for processing. Next, we have the signature and seal of the notary attested to by the county clerk's office in which the notary signature is registered.**  The third step is to have the document(s) certified by the Department of State. Finally, we bring the document(s) to the Legalization Section of the Embassy or Consulate of the country where the document(s) will be sent to. Here the embassy/consular officials verify the signatures and markings affixed to the document(s) by the notary, county clerk, and Department of State and affix their own, final, authentication formally recognizing the document(s) as valid and legally effective for use in that country.

Priority makes the Legalization process for international documents easy and convenient. We do it fast and we do it right.  Simply gather your documents and contact us to schedule an appointment then relax and leave the rest to us.
